Welcome to Hyperly. This Privacy Policy explains how Hyperly, developed and published by Berke Tok ("Developer," "I," "me," or "my"), an independent developer, handles your information when you use the mobile application ("Hyperly" or the "App").

Hyperly does not collect, store, or transmit any user data.

The App is designed as a pure interface to Hyperliquid with complete respect for your privacy:

2. Local Data Storage

All App data is stored locally on your device:

  • Wallet Connection: Your wallet connection is managed through WalletConnect and stored locally on your device. The App never has access to your private keys.

  • App Preferences: Your settings and preferences are stored locally on your device.

When you delete the App, all locally stored data is removed from your device.

  • Hyperliquid: All trading occurs directly on Hyperliquid's decentralized exchange. Your trading activity is subject to Hyperliquid's terms and practices.
  • WalletConnect: Used for wallet connections. Subject to WalletConnect's privacy policy.
  • Apple App Store: In-app purchases are processed by Apple. Subject to Apple's privacy policy.

The Developer encourages you to review the privacy policies of these third-party services.

Since no data is collected or transmitted, there is no risk of data breach from Hyperly's side. All sensitive data remains on your device under your control.

You are responsible for:
